Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of sewing pattern PDFs and downloadable files are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital sewing patterns once the purchase is complete.

If you experience any issues with your purchase, such as a corrupted file or download problem, please contact us at bethan@elarniedesign.com within 7 days of purchase. We will be happy to help you resolve the issue.
