All sewing patterns and tutorials sold through our website are digital downloads.
No physical items will be shipped unless clearly stated in the product description.
Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email with a secure download link.
Files are typically delivered instantly, but please allow up to 1 hour. If you do not receive your download email, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.

If we offer physical products such as craft kits or printed items, the following will apply:

Processing Time: Orders are processed within the time stated on the purchased listing.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on postal services and customs delays (for international orders).
International Shipping: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

For digital downloads, please contact us if you cannot access your files. We’ll ensure you receive them.
For physical orders, if your item does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please reach out so we can help resolve the issue.
